How much space do we need?
The unit needs about 13 feet wide, 10 feet tall, and 10 feet deep. Most offices have room for it, and our rep confirms exact placement during the onsite visit.
How long can we rent it for?
Terms are flexible, from days, to weeks, to months, up to even permanent installation. We'll figure out what makes sense for your space on the intake call and site visit.
Does your staff stay with the long term rental?
No. We install it and walk your team through how to use it. From there, it's ready whenever your team or clients want to play. The system is intuitive enough to use without our assistance.
What if something needs maintenance?
That's on us. Support is included for the length of your rental. We will be onsite to fix any issue within 1 business day of your call, with effort made to be onsite same-day.
